Tagliatelle Tonight?



I know you might have carb'd out last week, but tonight you're going to make tagliatelle. Why? Because you want to be fancy on a Wednesday night, that's why. Once you learn how to make your own pasta you may never go back to those boxed products again.

You don't need a pasta machine to make this but it does help (watch this video on how to make pasta without a machine). If you want to get extra fancy throw in a teaspoon of white wine into the dough (A nod fellow home chef Kurt in London).
