Salsa Verde

My micro-farm is filled with peppers right now. I'm working on making some lacto-fermented hot sauce and, of course, salsa. This is a solid salsa verde recipe that I think you'll love. If you don't have a BBQ, just use your broiler. If you don't have a broiler, you can boil the tomatillos, onion, garlic and peppers. It won't have that smoky flavor but will be delicious no doubt.

Garlic Noodles
This is definitely the OG San Francisco treat. If you've never had this Vietnamese-American invention give it a try now. Pair with some Dungeness crab or some grilled chicken thighs and you got yourself a delicious meal.

Sausage Pea Pasta
This is a great, quick summer meal for sure. You can sub out peas for broccoli. I'd cut out the oil in the first step just to give my heart a break and belly a break π

Summer Lebni Salad
Holy smokes I never would have thought you can mix a salad with lebni. What I love about this recipe is:
- It's super easy to make croutons - the French dunk on us all the time for not knowing how to make our own. It's super easy.
- Lebni (which is just strained yogurt) is refreshing and goes great with some grilled meats and Β veggies.
- Infusing said lebni with sautΓ©ed onions is divine
