When you grate the zucchini, don't cut off the end that attaches to the plant. You're going to throw it out anyway (because it's not really tasty) and when you grate down your zucchini, you won't saw off your fingers. Hot tip of the week : )
Miso should also be added at the very end to any soup. Be sure to thoroughly brown that fungi, guys.
